Teddy Bear Cupcakes
The night before her 2nd birthday, my daughter requested cupcakes for her friends at nursery school. This little teddy-bear cake, which was my first attempt at a "cupcake cake," was a hit with her class.

Humble Beginning
Everyone starts somewhere, and my somewhere was Wilton's Intro to Cake Decorating. Rainbows and clowns were the first assignments.
These elementary piping techniques translated into a Thanksgiving cake, a birthday cake, and a Christmas cake.
