Rainbow Bridge
A lovely group of Girls Scouts has worked so hard for the past two years, and their Bridging Ceremony on Friday had a beautiful rainbow theme. Troop 595 bridged from Daisies to Brownies, and Trop 327 bridged from Juniors to Cadettes.
Congratulations girls!

A Patriot Remembered
I was asked to create a "Patriot" cake for a memorial service. The man, a retired Army Staff Sargent, was truly beloved by his family and a true patriot to his country.
I was flattered that his widow and children loved the cake so much that they didn't want to have it cut at the luncheon. The cake was eventually eaten and enjoyed by all, but the family took home the chocolate medallion.

100th Day
Not an actual cake... But my daughter wanted a special "cake" to take into school for their 100th Day Smarter celebration. She picked out the colors, and made the letters and decorative flowers, butterflies, and works.
